For all of you (us) who are planning to build cabinets at one point, I saw in 
Home Depot yesterday a 10" Delta table saw for just 99 bucks.  Mind you, that 
at this price, you're not getting top of the line quality, but Delta is a 
respectable name, and for 99 bucks, it looks like a hell of a bargain.  It's 
just a benchtop model with a rather small table (maybe 2.5'x3'), but would do 
fine as long as you don't try to cut 29x15 foot boards on it (which you could 
do easily if you also had a pair of sawhorses).  This was in NJ, I don't know 
if their prices are nation wide, but I'm picking one up soon...  (Modular 
cabinets, speakers, skate-ramps, subwoofers, DIYanvil cases....)
