Actually I just wanted to gloat because this weekend I recovered my old Moog
Model 1050 ribbon controller from a friend. It looks in surprisingly good
shape, considering it lived in a trunk in a barn loft for 15 years. The
ribbon itself looks fine, and the contact is only slightly rusted. I had it
modded a long time ago to output positive gates instead of S trigs, so as
soon as I figure out how to get power to it, I'll hook it up to my MOTM and
see if it still works!
