I don't believe they are sold in pairs.  Since, in my case, I want 5 rails to cover
27U of cabinet.  That comes out to 2 top, 2 bottom, and one that I cut to fill the
remaining 3U gap for top and bottom.  I hope my woodworker friend's band saw can cut
these or else I'm going to get a good workout with a hack saw!
