MOTM

Hi,  I,m Dave and am new to the list.  I live in Central NJ and have 
just recieved last week my first batch of module kits from Paul.  I 
have a question on the 420 assembley.  I'm up to the point of 
soldering the via holes and am wondering do I just solder the ones by 
R4, which the instructions refer to, or do all 20 or so via's get 
soldered.  My guess is all, but I would like to be sure.
