Well, I see a possible problem :( The flat rails are the same width (0.500") as the MOTM-19As. What you did is "cheat": you laid the rails over the front, which "subtracted" the metal thickness plus about 50mils of the bend radius. So, what will happen is that the wood will not be entirely behind the flat rails, there will be a portion "sticking out in the wind" without any wood behind it. Then, since the holes for attaching the flat rails to the wood are in the centerlines (at 0.250") you have only 1/8" 'left over' to insert a wood screw. It can be done, but *be exta special careful* not to split your support.
