(Hmm, couldn't get that 'twelfth root of 2' thing to work properly. Maybe
that's not the right calculation for successive equal tempered pitches...
that's what my Handel book 'Listening' said it was, though. I went ahead and
plugged in true values for the first octave manually, and then duplicated
them upward...very inelegant though.)

For anyone that's interested, I posted an Excel spreadsheet on the web that
has some useful (to me anyway) musical frequencies listed. It's about 92K,
Excel 2000.

For each musical pitch (spanning the 128 MIDI note numbers), I list the
first 16 harmonics, as well as some other stuff like wavelength & period.
That latter may seem weird, but it can actually be quite useful for tuning
your LFOs to create 'synchro-sonic' effects. You can also use this table to
work out some ring modulator effects if you're a glutton for punishment.

I created it because I'm still hell-bent on this idea of using a frequency
counter (in lieu of a quantizer) to precisely tune my VCOs to harmonic
intervals.
