OK, so it was Santa Clara, not Berkley - so sue me. Look about halfway down
for the custom triple S&H. Not much info about it, but somebody was able to
get around the potential clock timing issue that Hugh mentioned.

Good descriptions of each module's functions, especially the sequencer.
