These are laminating pouches similar to what you protect documents with; the 
type of thing that a lot of ID cards and backstage passes use.  Except in 
this case the back of it is self-adhesive.

You would print out your graphic with a black background and reverse 
lettering.  It will use a lot of toner or ink depending on your style 
printer, but can give satisfactory results.
