RE drilling out a 940 - you can replace the 1/8" and left column of bananas with 1/4" jacks, but note that the right column of banana ground plugs is spaced closer than normal to accomodate dual banana plugs. If you just want real mults, buy one or two 1U blank panels from Paul, get some Switchcraft 112A jacks from Mouser or DigiKey, and make your own. It's simple!
