Help...

What is an "RNC" compressor and which models on the market have this?

PS. Had 2 feet of snow last night at my getaway cabin in the Southern 
California mountains! Not often we get dumped on like that. Sorry 
cold-climate guys, but this is still alot of snow for CA :~)
