Allright,  I conversed with CH products, and their best looking (for our 
purposes) joystick (standard model 100)  with the standard mounting bezel and 
5k clarostat seaeld pot has the following pricing
qty 1       $102.00     qty 2-9 $ 71.00 each
qty 10-24   $ 52.00 each        qty 25-99   $ 44.00 each
qty 100-499 $ 35.00 each

1.  Pricing on order quantities of under 100 units is based on the shipment
        quantity.
2.  Pricing on orders of 100 or more units is based on the order quantity.
3.  Blanket orders may be scheduled out over 12 months and must have
assigned         dates for all shipments.
4.  Shipment dates may be changed up to three weeks prior to the schedule
date.
5.  Discounts taken but no earned will be invoiced.
6.  Standard lead time for product shipment is three weeks after receipt of
        order.
If enough people were interested, then it would be worthwhile but I doubt 100 
+ people are interested.

on another DIY joystick note,  the electric goldmine (surplus overstock stuff 
place)  has brand new in box computer joysticks for 1.99 each.  these are the 
old style beige square box ones with the black stick coming out and the red 
button on the top.  I ordered 2 and will post to the list how they are when I 
get them.  They also have a micro joystick which is 1.25" square excluding 
the stick for 2.49.  I got one of these too.  
They have lots of LEDs also!  ; )
