High MOTM'ers! Thomas White Orange County, California Vegetarian Single, but locked down for 6 years with a great girl. (Totally supportive of me, my music and kit building!!!) Never marry before your 30, or so I plan to live by anyway. 26 years old with junior college MIDI certificate M-F Job at Higher Source Records in Huntington Beach as Manager DJ nightclubs and make music under guise of "Natural Rhythm" with partner Pete. We also go out on stage with a portion of our home studio and lay it down for the crowds in sweaty nightclubs when we get the chance. We play with our sequencers and electronics, with a trumpet and guitar player as well as a conga player. I plan to add my MOTM to the live rig as soon as I get my ten-space SKB finished. Pictures to follow hopefully:~) We have 5 12" singles out on various independant dance music labels (ie: Earthtones, Seasons and Dufflebag) with our first import single out next month. Mostly we make sample/synth based club music that is very influenced by...here it comes, Disco! Admit it or not, disco provided a major boost to the use and acceptance of synthesizers in main stream music as well as setting the ground work for the whole era of techno and electronic music storming the world today. Also like 70's funk/soul, jazz, r&b, latin, techno, jungle and dub reggae. I will post music soon as I use my MOTM (Waiting for 800's) MOTM: 110, 300, 320, 420, 900 On the way next week: 2 x 800 & 410 VCF!!! I aspire to record as clean and as professionally in my personal studio as possible. I love to make new sounds on my synths and MOTM is the natural progression for a kit/self taught analog junkie.
