MOTM

OK, Guys - while I've got your ear(s), help me out here - Will and I are 
necessarily MOTM-grid guys.  Namely, 5U high by widths in increments of 
"Units" (equals 1-3/4 in).  The Moog grid is, of course, 5U high, but by 
widths of 2-1/8 in.  The history of these standards is interesting and 
is part of the legacy of the Bell Telephone System.  But, however 
interesting, that is irrelevant here.  My question is - in your 
experience, what is the relative popularity of these standards - the 
MOTM-grid vs the Moog-grid? thankyouverymuch Bill and WIll
