I think I fixed all the SSL issues

OK, I went through all the PHP files on the site and changed all the 
redirections for the new cert (right after I typed that, my EE degrees 
exploded in flames on the wall in shame).

If you have any browser issues with this new cert, please email me and I'll 
try to fix it.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
