Yup - had the same problem (informed Cynthia about it as well right  
when they came out). I drilled out the holes and swapped out the top  
pot with a 16mm variant. The info I got from Cynthia is below:

that is a 24mm pot which is too big apparently...

a smaller pot that would fit and have the same feel is
a smaller 16mm Pot instead of 24mm

The 16mm Alpha pots I use for most everything is

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
