I don't yet have any LFOs, only one VCO, so it's barely a complete system, but I love it to death, it's exactly what I hoped it would be. The reason I am posting this is to show you how dual MOTM-485s can sound. Actually, I aptly named this patching technique "Envelope Follower Feedback." I am routing the oscillator into the filter into the envelope follower and then back into itself and sending the modulation to frequency cutoff. In effect, the filter is modulating itself. This gives the overall tone a constantly-changing and unpredictable behavior which gives the patch lots of character. Add in the huge range of tones you can get with MOTM-485s and you can create ripping synth leads. Some of the higher notes' harmonics start to fold back, a very nice affect that can be dialed in with the MOTM-485. Last note: I modulated the CV Mod a bit. -Elan Hickler -- www.elanhickler.com
