Thanks Dave.  Yes, or for the sake of ease to update, I could just keep the
most current version here on my harddrive and mail it out to anyone asking.
 But, once I get this refined I would be happy to post it up somewhere as
you suggested.  However, I want to make sure Paul has no objection to that
information being "posted" for general consumption since at times the dates
have been known to change a little.

You got it Dave.  This list was PURELY plagiarism and I am proud of it. 
Please if anyone see something I have overlooked or poorly described, then
send me a note with a couple of knyuk, knyuks and I will fix it right up.
