I'm trying to confirm which fuse to get for a 900 upgraded with a
HBB15-1.5A power supply.  

The unit itself seems to suggest a 1 amp verion of the 239 would work
for 110VAC.  The printed instructions, however, seem to say to use a
.5 (assuming I'm reading it right).  Both of these seem low to this
admittedly non-electronics-geek, so I thought I'd ask here, since I
know some of you have done this upgrade.
