Sorry to hear about your health issues.

I had one crash so far. I had it set up in mono (single channel,  
single voice) mode, MIDI channel 2, with MIDI thru from a Moog  
Voyager. The unit locked up and showed "Q4 BAD" or something like that  
in the display. I switched it off and on and it's been OK since. I've  
since rewired it so that I have a direct MIDI out of my MOTU MIDI  
Timepiece AV going into the 650 MIDI input, with it set to MIDI  
channel 1.
