Paul Bower, >>just wondering if anyone has had any success with video synthesis using unmodified MOTM, CGS etc modules ? i vaguely remember a short thread along these lines a few years ago, but can't seem to locate it<< Sound is one dimensional, video is two dimensional for one thing, so your synth isn't going to understand vertical vs horizontal. And as mentioned, there are sync signals mixed in you don't want to mess with. If I decide to sell my expensive and great JVC BR-9000U timelapse VCR, then I'd also put up for sale my JVC JX-C7 video corrector. It's a little more along the lines of what you would need to modify a video signal, such as changing the RGB values and sharpening the image and such. Not exactly video synthesis though. http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p122/Elhardt/Ebay/JVC1.jpg http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p122/Elhardt/Ebay/JVC2.jpg http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p122/Elhardt/Ebay/JVC3.jpg -Elhardt
