I have a couple of TB-303's. It uses Roland Sync24, commonly known as DIN sync, which is 24ppqn. It has sync in, but not sync out, so it cannot be used as a master (unless you put the cable in half-way which is mechanically unreliable). So you need something that can generate both DIN sync and a sequencer clock. In my set-up that would either be a Kenton Pro-4 synced to MIDI F8, or a TR-808 with one of the trigger outputs programmed as a sequencer clock. There are a number of other devices that generate both DIN sync and clock pulses. If you don't care about being able to slave to MIDI, the least expensive option is probably a TR-707, which sells for around $100 (it has MIDI out but not MIDI in). On 7/23/08, earthtodylan2000 put forth: >Hello, > > My fiend is going to loan me his TB-303 for an extended time >period.
