Sorry if this was not clear: I am kitting up all of the kits (old + sale) all at the same time, and then I will ship orders from oldest to newest. The #1 time effort are the resistors, I will start doing these Monday. I can count all the small stuff while I wait for any panels or pc boards to arrive. The fastest way to get these out the door is to do ALL of one kit at a time if I can (if I have all of the parts). Sometimes, like for the Hardware, I sit down and do all of the bags at once across the backlog (because all of them except the '800 use the same hardware, might as well stuff everything at once). Same goes for the solder bags, I tend to make all I need in one 'sitting' rather than ping-pong back and forth. Trust me, I have this down to a science. It's just tedious, a bit boring, and everyone wants a perfect score :) Paul S.
