Frequency Shifter PCBs update - deadline end of Feb. 2008

Hi,

Made some tests with the two boards fixed on a piece of plywood, and 
everything connected. Apparently everything works as intended!

I already have enough orders to let this project happen. I'm still accepting 
orders until the end of this month. If everything goes as intended, I'll 
have the boards by the end of next month!
