My website overhauled!

2007-12-24 by Richard Brewster

Cheers to all on the holiday season. I hope that most of you are having
a few days off, like me. I've spent the better part of the last two
days overhauling my website:

http://www.pugix.com

Before you go there, I suggest clearing your browser cache, because
every page has changed. It looks much the same, except that now each
module has its own page (56 new pages). I added a lot more information
about each module, much of it culled from the maker's websites (for
which there is now a convenient link with each module). Most of the
photos are now inlined, so you can get a cohesive view of each module on
a reasonably-sized page. The pages organized by cabinet are no longer
linked into the navigation, but they still exist with the old anchor
tags, so they can be found from people's blogs and old emails. However
once you land on one of the old pages, if you hit any of the top
navigation you'll be out of them. That's intentional.

I have been so busy at my new day job since last July, that I just have
not had time until now to update the website. But I have not stopped
building modules! Check out the new Blacet IO and ID conversions, and
my small collection of Modcan B. If you notice the one blank panel in
the new photo on page one, that is about to be filled by a second Oakley
Superladder VCF. I expect that when new MOTM modules begin to arrive
next summer, I'll start selling off a few modules to make room.

If you notice any problems with the new site, please let me know.

Thanks!

Richard Brewster
