OK, the USPS web server decided recently decided to *over ride* whatever shipping YOU selected, and they returned a value of the *most expensive* option (Express). I was sort of wondering why the last 5 orders I received were all Express, but wrote it off to last-minute shopping. But Other Zen Cart users are complaining today about it. So, it's NOT the shopping cart, some n00b at USPS f'ed with the server :( So, I have taken out Express shipping from domestic mail options until this gets sorted out.
