One great thing about the Synthesis Technology modules is that they have much better shielding and grounding than Blacet, CGS, Oakley, etc. All those little considerations -- a PCB's with a zero-ground plane, ground connections for each jumper, .1uF bypass caps on the power pins of most IC's, etc. -- add up to reduce noise. Regardless, the power supply filtering on each module is supplemental, as your power supply should not be producing hum in the first place. Are you sure that it is working properly?? I once bought a bad power supply and had to send it back to get new one.
