i have a surplus FPE panel for the MIDI-DAC version 3 here. it's blue 
and was made from the FPD file on the Oakley site. i mounted my v2 
MIDI-DAC in it and it's not a good fit, so i went back to my old 
panel.

very nice condition, mild scratching around the MIDI jacks and 
mounting holes only, which will be hidden once the hardware's in.

i think the panel was about $50 from FPE in the USA. yours for $20.
