I think John's using a different chip than Bob is... It's not the SAD line, 
but it's not the Panasonic either.

The new delay is said to be akin to his old Time Machine, one of which I 
have. It's been a while since I've really looked at it, but in the "Classic 
Blacet Tradition" I don't think it was a straight-ahead BBD design.
