It several factors, all money-related (isn't most everything?). I have to pay 
lots of income taxes. I have to pay back royalties to nice folks that have not 
pushed for them the last few years (but they need $$$ now, too). I'm down-sizing 
most of my stuff, because I've come to the realization that I'll never have the 
time to really do much with the gear as I would like. I'm too much of a "bench 
nerd" that would rather solder up and tinker than spend hours trying to 
out-patch Elhardt.
