I have daisy-chained two '995s successfully using an extra 4-wire connector no problem (for more +/-15v motm modules). I would think that chaining a '995 to a '960 would be the same thing. If you're coming from the dotcom PSU to the '995, then connecting via PWR-20 to the '960 (for more +/-15v motm module hookups) I would think you'd be fine.
