What's the latest status of this?

Also, can someone here give me a quicky version of how this works? 
I'm used to the rows of knobs and am trying to figure out if this is
something that would work for me.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
