MOTM DIY parts versus pending orders

a) pending MOTM orders will still have priority

b) the DIY stuff will be 'batch shipped' (all orders in a week ship on Saturday)

c) DIY parts will not be used to 'steal' from pending MOTM orders (kits or 
assembled).
