MOTM

I am willing to travel to the PNW (Pacific NorthWest--Seattle, Portland,
Olympia, Vancouver(?), et al.).  I am also willing to travel to
Dallas--although this one really comes down to Paul's commitment to make
some arrangements for us.  London or Frankfort or Paris are also pretty easy
(and cheap) to get to from the States--especially through March.

Perhaps would could have (nearly) simultaneous events--Europe, Midwest, PNW,
etc.???

Paul, get some more customers so we can have more people in attendance!
