I found some washers that look pretty nice. They are just zinc plated but not much of the washer really shows. They are 0.470 ID x 0.656 OD x 0.030 thick They are just slightly larger than the 112A switchcraft washers. 0.460~0.465 ID would be about the smallest you can get on these jacks so the 0.470 fit reasonably snug. I don't know where they came from originally but I can try and find out. I put a photo up in the photo section. You can see some slight scratches caused by the larger washers. They're pretty minimal unless you get the light just right.
