Here's a list of 600 standard flat washers:

My guess as to the 650 washer that Synth Tech supplies is:   7/16 .469 
.734 .062 MS27183.  Interpreting:

.469" ID x .734" OD x .062 thick.

If you look a little below this in the chart, there is one listed 7/16 
.472 .625 .032 AVAILABLE.  This one is just about the same Inner 
Diameter, but is .625 inches O.D.. Is this what we want?  It is half the 
thickness.  Here is the washer page:

They have a $100 minimum order.  How many washers you think $100 buys?
