MOTM

I have a Power-One HCAA-60W-A power supply I would like to hook up. I 
think the MOTM950 uses/used this, also (?). If so, then maybe someone 
here can help me. The power supply pcb has seven terminals marked:

COM
-S (sense)
+S (sense)
+5V
-12V
COM
+12V

I think some of these pins should be tied together but don't know which 
ones. At least that's how my other supplies are. I'm hoping someone can 
take a look at their's and tell me which ones are wired together.
