I have a MOTMized Blacet TM that I built from the kit.  Here is my  
opinion:

1.- it is VERY kewl.

2.- Listen to John.  TONS of parts and wires and thingies.   
Experience necessary for kit.  To do on your own --- lotsa time and  
experience.
