MOTM

I am about through (spent 11 hours solid yesterday) going over *every* past MOTM 
order. I have flushed out all the 'future' pre-orders.

If you are still owed MOTM *kits*, it would greatly help me (and you!) to send 
me:

a) what you are owed
b) date order was placed
c) if it used the new cart, was the old form, or an email

Also, if you ordered something and wish to cancel, or change the credit card 
info, please email as well. I'm going to start with a clean slate next week.
