hello there,
get yourself an Edding 8404 Aerospace Marker - they're designed for  
writing on aluminium and perfect for filling in scratches
you can get them here in the uk from Rapid / Farnell / RS - so i  
assume Digikey et al will also do them (or a US equivalent)
