Jeremy, go for the 300 kit. If you've successfully built an 800, then you'll be able to build the 300 too. Just take it slowly. Make the 300 maybe the last module to build on your list. I'd also go for the 440 kit. Or maybe a 480 if you like the smooth Yamaha filter. Apart from that you've listed the right modules for a good and flexible starter system.
