Here's what's going on in Stooge land right now: Cables: We have cables pretty well under control in Paul's absence. You can order solid cables as usual from the website catalog. We have a large order of stock translucent cables in house but have to get them into the web catalog. Rick Haneberg's son will be stepping in to do the web catalog maintenance on that end shortly. Brackets: We still have plenty of stock in certain sizes and need to reorder in others. We have a new fabricator close to the facility who has the drawings and examples, and who is currently working up a quote for us. Turnaround should be pretty quick since they are local. Flat Rails: We have a bunch of flat rails partly done, our first manufactured pieces that we have done in house. They are going out to the powder coater and should be back within a week. We will need a few days to tap the threads and then those will be in stock for immediate shipment. Panels: Our experiments in bringing the panel manufacturing completely in house are not going to bear much fruit with Paul out. I have decided to go ahead and do an OLD-FASHIONED STOOGE PANEL RUN. This in contingent on getting painted panels, but we have quote bids out on that and I hope to hear back within a week. Assuming success on that front, I will announce a run. This will work as in the old days. Participants will order directly from me, we'll collect the money and go. We will use our old silkscreen process since it's the only way I can do this right now. PLEASE DON'T EMAIL ME WITH ORDERS YET - wait until I announce that my ducks are rowing together. I will get metal in process and with a commitment for delivery first. I will limit the size of this run to a certain number of panels since I don't want the process to drag on for months. I will probably announce it only on this list, as I don't want to bite off too much with only me to handle things. If you wait until all panels are spoken for, you'll just have to get in on the next run. If it works well, we'll keep doing smaller sized runs until we figure out how to manufacture them ourselves, at which time you should be able to order them online. I can't tell you all how grateful I am for your patience and forbearance during this incredibly bad luck year for the Stooges. Thank you one and all! Stooge Moe http://www.stoogeindustries.com
