Actually I was thinking about this as well. It is possible that we could redesign the stooge flat rails to accommodate a 1.5U option. I would have to play around with it, but I don't see any reason that it could not be done. I would think Paul S. could redesign the 19A rack rails as well. Prices might have to be a little higher, there would be more holes to drill and tap, so more labor involved. I'll look into this.
