If I could get the noise floor in my studio low enough to hear something at
-75dB, I'd "party like it's 1999." :-)

The LP out with Freq LP at 10 generates white noise at about -75dB. The
Noise lessens as the Freq LP pot is rotated CCW (LP working!)

I had asked Paul about it when was here for AH and he said that was 'normal'
for this filter.

I would be very happy to learn this is not the case and that is is an part
or construction problem.

Anyone else have this?

Noise problem? What are you talking about? Maybe I'm
