Okay, that presents a dilemma: convert the 480 I already have, or buy a second one (which I was considering already) and convert it during the assembly? Decisions, decisions... :-) Paul: would there be any sense in offering a panel-less version of the 480 kit for people who know that they're going to replace the panel anyway? --Adam -----Original Message----- From: Richard Brewster [mailto:pugix@...] Sent: Friday, January 06, 2006 5:12 PM To: mate_stubb Cc: motm@yahoogroups.com Subject: Re: [motm] Re: Modules/Cabinet choices. And! When I finally get that wonderful Stooge panel and build mine, I will put a complete description of the whole MOTM-480 conversion project on my website. It will include a parts list, schematic for the additional buffers on the MUUB-4 board, and details on how to wire it all up. Be forewarned that this project will be easier to do if you have not already assembled your 480. But if you're handy, it will still be doable as a conversion. You will have a little unsoldering work. -Richard Brewster http://www.pugix.com mate_stubb wrote: >FWIW, there is a 3U stooge panel in the works to expand access to the >MOTM-480s filters.
