Yep, I made the same observation when I fired my 300 up before I finished reading all the "use of the MPTM-300 VCO" section of the manual. After all, I was still reading and calibrating. I caught a deep "sigh...." from Paul since he made a point to write about this pitch shift on page 30 of the manual (in that "Use of the MOTM-300 VCO section I had yet to read).
