Nothing to worry about. The higher voltage rating just means the capacitor can withstand higher voltages. It will work anywhere the 25V part works.

Hi all,
I was about to build my first module, a '410, and I was going through the parts
to make sure everything is there when I noticed that a couple of the capacitors
that are written as 10mfd, 25v Electrolytic in the parts list are marked
10uF50v on the cap itself.
Assuming that "50v" indicates a voltage and isnt just the model
number, should I be worried that it's marked at twice the voltage on the cap?
