No heat shrink for the 410

The MOTM-410 doesn't come with heat shrink and it is not listed in the parts 
list either.  Is this just an oversite?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
