My opinion should not matter in the least here, but
recently I've been frustrated by some digital device
that is INC DEC that I'm always thinking should be DEC
INC.  
And yet, in many cases DEC INC doesn't bother me a
bit.  I do think there are places wher INC DEC is
appropriate, but the 650 is probably not one of them.
