Quick source of DC in a standard MOTM system: Take the output of a spare MOTM-800 EG, unplug any Gate or Trigger inputs, and vary the SUSTAIN knob - you'll get 0 to approx. 5 volts at the output. Plug that into a MOTM-830 mixer with reversible gain, and you now have a nice buffered positive or negative DC offset voltage to apply anywhere you want.
