Those of use wanting long width horizontal multiples are having to DIY the job. I have mine nearly finished (the mechanical part) for a 24U wide case. Of course, once the 1U MOTM blanks are available (hint hint), one could easily make their own to their own taste for racks too. I agree with you 100% that 1U scattered are much better than 2U multiples. However, I just happen to think that horizontals under the modules are even better. That's the great thing, each can choose what suits his own needs best. All you need is a panel, a drill, and a little time. Of course, I realize not all MOTM users are into any diy. But, surely you guys that are building yours are. I need some blank 1U multiples for this cursed normalling of some CVs that Dave (the primary stooge) has got me interested in. If John B (secondary stooge) and I can get the 317 options narrowed down to one or two.... well... Larry H.
